Dormie House – New Head Chef

John Romeijn

We are pleased to announce and welcome our New Dormie House Head Chef John Romeijn commencing Wednesday 15th March.

In the coming weeks we will be working with John and utilising his expertise to formulate new Menu’s and dining concepts to ensure a greater appeal to both our members, regular return guests and our local market. We will keep you informed as these changes take place.

We thank Carol Colliver for her efforts in managing the Kitchen over the last few years and she is staying on to assist John moving forward.

John comes to us after previous roles as Head Chef with Tooses, Southern Highlands Wines and Craigieburn over the past 20 years in the Southern Highlands
